Then it is just a matter of holding onto that level when we move into our IM specific preps. I like to call it tieing it all together. <BR/><BR/>It work well for two guys of have been coaching now for a year. <BR/>A first timer who went 9:59 and the other guy did a 3.5hr PB to go 10:25. <BR/><BR/>The only time we really think IM focus is in the last 12-14wks before the race.
